I hope you're all having a wonderful week filled with delicious treats and happy times :) I myself am having a splendid week. I went shopping and bought pretty new things, I finally went to the grocery store, I did arts & crafts with friends, I went out dancing, I went to several restaurants, and (as always) I worked my ass off at Olive.
I've actually been spending a majority of my time with my friends these past couple of weeks which really kind of odd to me. I'm not a person who needs to be with people all of the time, or a person who enjoys being around large groups of people for extended periods of time. I enjoy my privacy and I enjoy the time I have alone. But for some odd reason (most likely due to the six months of solidarity I had when I lived in Florida) all I feel like doing is working and hanging about with my closest friends.
Unfortunately two of the aforementioned friends will be leaving Ohio very shortly. Within the next two weeks one of my girlfriends will be going back home to London, and another girlfriend will be going back to the O.C. in California. I will miss Esther and Jenna ever so when they leave Ohio, so I'm doing my best to spend as much time possible with the two before they ship off!
Such a lovely summer it's been so far.
I'm so happy I moved back home. Don't get me wrong- I loved living with my family in FL, going to the beach, and having so much free time to blog my little head off. But I would have missed out on so much here! I would've missed out on an amazing job, wonderful friends, and a summer of awesomeness. I'm not saying that I'm going to live in Ohio forever, because lets face it, I'm a pretty restless gal. I get antsy sitting in one place for too long let alone the same city. Give me some time to save up money so I can jump ship and try another city on for size, but until then I'm happy where I am!
Oh my goodness would you look at the time!
I must bid you all farewell, I have a big day of shopping, eating, and dancing ahead of me! But before I go I find it to be of the utmost importance to give you a small hint as to what my next/first business endeavor will be that I'm super excited about.........
Jenna Bs Honey Bees.
Enough said :)
Have a wonderful day everyone!
Thank you ever so much for stopping by.

"El Bulli, owned by award-winning chef Ferran Adria, will mark the end of a remarkable 27 years with a special sitting for staff and their families. The restaurant, in the town of Roses, has topped a renowned World's 50 Best Restaurants list a record five times.
Mr Adria said El Bulli would re-open but as a culinary think-tank in 2014. "El Bulli is not closing, it is transforming itself, because its soul is going to remain," he told students in Valencia earlier this month.
The restaurant, which specialised in molecular gastronomy, opened for only six months of the year and, despite its reputation, never turned a profit. Mr Adria said the final sitting would be a tribute to all those who helped make the restaurant so prestigious. The last menu would be secret, Spanish news agency EFE reported.
The restaurant was unconventional in many respects - it was shut for lunch to give staff time to develop new dishes - and reservations in the 50-seat venue were acquired mostly by lottery. Dinner consisted of a set menu comprising some 40 small dishes costing about 250 euros (£220).
It was five times named best restaurant in the world by the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants produced by Restaurant magazine, based on the opinions of some 800 chefs, critics and industry experts. The accolade though was not one with which Mr Adria entirely concurred.
"It is not the best restaurant in the world because that does not exist," he said last week, "but it is today the most influential place in the world in terms of cuisine, and especially when it comes to creativity." On Sunday El Bulli will relaunch as the El Bulli Foundation, a centre of research into new cooking techniques and flavours."
(2) MAYHEM WITH YOUR PANCAKES? KIDS EAT FREE AT IHOP IN AUGUST
To those of you who love breakfast, love saving money, love eating out, who aren't snooty about food, and have children - this information may be of use to you......
"The pancakepocalypse is near! Participating IHOP locations are offering free meals to children during the month of August between 4:00 and 10:00 PM each day.
The catch? Kids under 12 have to order off the kids' menu and be accompanied by an adult who orders an entree. That means said adults must endure eating their Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N Fruity breakfast plate while surrounded by kids high off an endless supply of free "pancake" syrup. Best of luck to those souls daring enough to brave it. Here's the kids' menu, which features pancakes, "scrambled egg substitute," and also tilapia:
IHOP's Just For Kids Menu
· Just for Kids Baby Cakes with a Jr. Fresh Fruit Dish: Scrambled egg substitute served with one turkey bacon strip and five silver dollar buttermilk pancakes and paired with a refreshing dish of seasonal fruit. · Just for Kids Jr. Scrambled Egg & Pancakes with a Jr. Fresh Fruit Dish: Scrambled egg substitute served with one buttermilk pancake and paired with a refreshing dish of seasonal fruit. · Just for Kids Jr. Fish: Tilapia lightly seasoned, grilled to perfection and served with broccoli. · Just for Kids Jr. Fresh Fruit Dish: A refreshing dish of seasonal fruit."
I want to be a beekeeper so badly! Please someone buy me this book :)
(Give me a few years Bill - I'll catch up to you eventually.)
"Bill Turnbull explains the difficulties and rewards of beekeeping. In Confessions of a Bad BeekeeperTurnbull describes his misadventures and moments of triumph in the curious world of backyard beekeeping, and also highlights the threat to our bee population and looks at what we can do to help these vital little creatures do their important work."
I've said it before and I'll say it again - I live in the wrong era.

(3) SIMPLY BREAKFAST
Simply Breakfast has been one of my favorite blogs since I began CCH over a year ago. Why? Because breakfast is my absolute favorite meal of the day, and SB blog revolves around it. Not to mention I am mildly obsessed with food photography, and the photographs on SB are just.... simply beautiful.
One day I'd like to be capable of taking photographs as lovely as these of my food.
Until then I am just going to scroll through these pictures in mouthwatering awe.......
(4) CHARCUTERIE - A DOCUMENTARY
I love everything about this video. The footage is absolutely beautiful and the explanation of charcuterie is explained in a wonderful way. Watching videos like this reminds me how much I really love food.
