Mouthwatering Goodness

Helloooooooooooo everyone!!!
How are you doing on this fine Wednesday? I'm just fantastic thank you!
I don't have much time to chit chat tonight because I have to wake up early for work in the morning (go figure lol). I do however have time to upload a handful of photographs I've taken of food over the past few weeks that I've failed to share with all of you! Enjoy the mouthwatering goodness you are about to endure :)

My new go to breakfast......

Whole wheat toast topped with peanut butter, honey, and a fried egg. A bowl of vanilla yogurt topped with ground chia seeds, honey, blueberries, strawberries, and total cereal. And last but not least - skim milk.

This is such a deliciously healthy well balanced meal.
A great way to start the day if you ask me!

Half off sushi anyone?

A few weeks ago I went out to lunch with several of my friends, and this was the result (well part of it anyway lol)......

Terrible lighting but delicious flavor!
Two sushi rolls for $5?
YES PLEASE!!!

I hop you hop we all hop to IHOP.......

And what does one order when they hop to IHOP?

I opted for the "Pick-A-Pancake Combo" that consisted of Harvest Grain 'N Nut pancakes, two scrambled eggs, hash browns, and two turkey bacon strips. Oh my gawd my mouth is watering just thinking about this meal! Believe it or not.....I ate the entire thing. And I wonder why I'm gaining weight lol.
The proof is in the pudding people.

I was forced to make treats via stove top due to the fact that my oven is broken.....

GASP!
I know.
It's horrible.
I haven't a clue how I'm surviving this tragedy.

Rice crispy treats and no bake cookies will have to suffice for at least a couple more weeks.

My best friend Jessica shared a wonderful recipe with me that we made for dinner this evening......

Spaghetti with spinach, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, a bit of butter and a splash of olive oil! This was such a quick, easy, and delicious dinner. If you're in a bind and have no clue what to make for dinner- I suggest you give this little dish a go. It's a ten in my book. Simplicity is most definitely the key to great cooking.

A handful of random tidbits pertaining to the life of this curly headed lady......

I will be enrolling in beekeeping classes soon.

I might have a new furry four legged companion to call my own in ten days.

Within the next few months CCH will look and feel completely different.

My birthday is coming up very soon- September 12th to be exact.

I'm in the process of losing ten pounds due to the major weight gain (caused by terrible eating/exercising habits) since I moved back to Ohio.

I am in the last leg of an early life crisis - you know "Woe is me - I'm twenty years old and I don't do anything but work - what am I going to be when I grow up? I'm poor. I have no money. WHO AM I??? blah blah blah?" type stuff. But the good news is I think i've gotten a pretty good hold of this particular situation! I've formulated several business ventures in my head, and I'm most certain one of them is bound to work out in my favor!

Well that's all from me this evening!
I hope each and every one of you have a wonderful day :)
